dc.description.abstractIn recent years complex perovskite oxides have been of great newlinescientific interest due to their role as functional materials which cater to a vast newlinevariety of applications The present work aims to investigate the role of newlinedopants in determining total conductivity dielectric behavior and photo newlinecatalytic property of A and Bsite doped LaTiO3and#948; perovskites Oxygen newlinevacancies commonly present in the perovskites, mobile at high temperature newlineare the primary defects and play an essential role in determining their newlineproperties The main objective of the study is to understand how acceptor newlinedoping affects the oxide ion conductivity dielectric behavior and newlinephotocatalytic properties there by obtaining a new set of functional materials newlinewith better capabilities for suitable applications newline newline
