dc.description.abstract | Energy recovery from waste biomass has become the most newlineimportant solution in addition to find suitable alternative fuel rather than the newlineusual mineral fuel Biomass derived biodiesel and producer gas are the newlinerenovated sources of renewable alternative fuel In the present study newlineexperiments have been conducted with mixed fuel mode using producer gas newlineas an inducted fuel and near to waste used vegetable oil biodiesel as an newlineinjected fuel in a four stroke naturally aspirated agricultural based diesel newlineengine Waste wood chips are used as a feedstock to generate producer gas in newlinea modified double walled fixed bed downdraft gasifier whereas the biodiesel newlineis prepared from used cooking oil by transesterification process and is used in newlinethe form of B25 Producer gas is collected from the gasifier and stored in the newlinegas bags and then supplied to the engine through the air surge tank newline newline | |
