Abstract: A series of ten sulphonated sydnones containing glycine, phenyl glycine, alanine and newlinephenylalanine with benzenesulphonylchloride, p-methoxybenzenesulphonylchloride, p-nitro newlinebenzenesulphonylchloride have been synthesized and characterised by spectral data. The newlinesynthesized compounds have been screened for their anti-microbial activities. newlineThe Physical constants such as ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity have been measured newlinefor the sydnone mixture [2-(p-methoxyphenylsulphonyl)-4-methyl sydnone + Ethanol] at various newlineconcentrations have been measured and their derived acoustical parameters have been calculated
