dc.description.abstractnewline ABSTRACT newlineThermophilic organisms are present in the hot environmental conditions with an extraordinary newlinemechanism which helps these organisms to deal with an extreme environment. Thermophilic newlinebacteria help us to understand the evolution of early life. Along with heat tolerance, thermophilic newlinebacteria also play an important role in different industry like food, pharmaceutical, veterinary newlinemedicine and chemical industries. Study of thermophilic bacteria was mainly focused on newlinehydrogen bonds hydrophobic interactions and DNA repair mechanism, although it was known newlinethat protein localized on outer areas of cell having role in the heat resistance towards the newlineextreme condition. There is no such study has been carried out to identify mechanism/protein newlinelocalizes on the outer area of cells for thermotoerance. Considering the fact that outer part of cell newlineor non-cytosolic part are more expose to thermotolerance and proteins present in these outer area newlineof the cell may have a role in heat resistance. Further, to know the biological function, structure newlineand metabolic networks of uniquely conserved 28 proteins different analysis was carried out. newlineAccording to the presence of domain and available function six proteins were linked to newlinethermotolerance and reported in the literature. Out of six proteins five proteins associated with newlinethermotolerance and one protein does not directly linked with thermotolerance. Results indicated newlinethat among twenty eight proteins, five proteins directly associated with thermo resistance and newlineone protein was known to be expressed at high temperature. Rest twenty one proteins were not newlinestudied in literature and should be taken for further experimentation for their function in thermo newlineresistance.
