Abstract: | Plants have been the basis of traditional usage which are in existence since thousands of years and are continuing its usefulness to mankind According to Ehma et al overall drugs are being derived from natural products throughout the world The ethnomedicinal survey shows that many medicinal plants are used for curing several diseases related to skin intestine spleen liver lung stomach and heart without causing any side effects Pandey and Madhuri Many of the medicinal plants are not scientifically validated therefore there is a requirement to investigate their properties safety and efficacy for the development of herbal drug newline |
