Abstract: | In Wireless Sensor Networks WSN energy efficiency and newlinelifetime of sensors have a significant impact on applicability and network newlineperformance as its applications range from military to home Mobile Sensor newlinenodes can able to change their position after deployment due to the influences newlineof wind water area surveillance physical security personnel physical assets newlineover large areas and status monitoring In mobility there should be newlineperformance degradation as these nodes are equipped with a lesser amount of newlinememory restricted battery power little computation capability and small newlinerange of communication When the energy of a sensor node gets reduced to newlinecertain threshold it may become faulty and may not function properly This newlinecauses the major impact on the network performance While sensor nodes are newlinedeployed in a dense area which makes interference during data exchange and newlineso the awareness of the neighborhood nodes is needed Mobile sensor nodes newlineare typical power constrained and long distance transmissions should be newlineretained the direct communication between nodes and the base station are not newlineenergy efficient Hence an energy efficient clustering approach to divide the newlinenetwork into clusters is needed as the existing approaches do not newline newline newline |
