dc.description.abstractThe objective of the present work is to focus on the synthesis and isolation of bioactive compounds and evaluation of their biological activities Naturally occurring bioactive compounds are isolated from animals plants newlineculture filtrates and marine sponges They function as hormones enzyme newlineinhibitors growth promoters neurotransmitters and immunomodulators etc newlineNaturally isolated cyclic heptapeptide Euryjanicin A Talaromin A newlineand B were evaluated screened for their molecular docking analysis using newlineSchrodinger tool The designed cyclic heptapeptides exhibited good docking newlinescore towards target protein for HeLa cancer cell line Based on the docking newlinescore cyclic heptapeptides were synthesized and characterized by FTIR 1H newlineNMR 13C NMR and Mass spectral analysis Further the compounds were newlineanalyzed for their antioxidant and anticancer activities The results of the newlinepresent study indicate that Euryjanicin A Talaromin A and B showed potent newlineantioxidant and anticancer activities against HeLa cancer cell lines newlineAchyranthes aspera L Amaranthaceae has long been used in newlinedifferent systems of medicine in the treatment of cancer leprosy asthma newlinefistula piles arthritis wound insect and snake bite dandruff hepatitis renal newlinedisorders dermatological disorders gynaecological disorders gonorrhea newlinemalaria fever cough diabetes pyorrhea dysentery opthalmia rabies newlinehysteria toothache etc Achyranthes aspera Linn showed various newlinepharmalogical activities like antimicrobial larvicidal antifertility immunostimulant newlinehypoglycemic hypolipidemic anti inflammatory antioxidant newlinediuretic cardiac stimulant antihypertensive anti anasacra analgesic newlineantipyretic antinoiceptive prothyrodic antispasmodic and hepatoprotective newline newline
