Abstract: The study focuses on the patients point of view with regard to choosing a health care provider. Patients needs and expectations have to be clearly understood by the hospitals in direction to meet the health care requirements of the patient There search was conducted and a systematic analysis was done in direction to identify as to why a patient chooses a particular health care provider. Corporate hospitals located in Chennai were identified for the study Data was collected from patients who were hospitalized to receive inpatient care 600 patients were involved in the study newline
