Abstract: Though learning effects have been studied in SRGMs their forms types have not been identified or studied in the process of reliability growth modeling This study identifies and proposes two forms types of learning i e autonomous and acquired Autonomous learning is the form of newlinelearning resulting from assimilation of know how by doing testing without role of experience and acquired learning is the learning that can be induced by technological investments in testing techniques tools strategies etc
