Abstract: Digitization has taken over the conventional business approach which has created a scenario of vulnerability and disruption. The change ready organizations are engrossing Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) model to identify and mitigate the business risk by reviewing and redefining their business models. In such environment, employee attitude and behavior towards the organization play an instrumental role in achieving business results. It has been analyzed through literature that once employees are able to assess an egalitarian, transparent culture and a fulfilling work environment, they are driven to demonstrate higher degrees of job satisfaction towards the organization.
