dc.description.abstractArea and power efficient CMOS digital integrated circuits are required for the newlinecompetent design of modern portable and bio-inspired electronics. To accomplish this newlinerequirement of current technological world, these devices are fabricated on the nano newlinescale technologies. Adequate functionally and realization of digital devices are newlinerequired with area and power efficiency in various biomedical electronic systems.
