dc.description.abstractConstant improvement in technology has considerably affected the field of technical education for engineering; where supporting models and concept analogies are very important in addition to the theoretical details. Technology can prove a boon to those students who are not able to grasp the technical concept using traditional ways of learning or simply by looking at the diagrams and equations available in text books. Augmented Reality (AR), when integrated with education for teaching-learning, is capable of making the students visualize abstract concepts, properties, and analogies for improved perception and understanding of the fundamentals even with minimum mental effort. AR has a tremendous potential for improving the learning experience of the students when incorporated in engineering education; as it significantly impacts the spatial ability of learners for visualization of real-time data, enhancing their concept comprehension for better understanding of the topics. newline
