Abstract: Methods of knowledge acquisition are an ever-evolving phenomenon especially in an accelerated, connected world. Today, one fit-for-all knowledge delivery and assimilation model is being challenged every single moment with growing expectation to perform as new talent with modern skills can replace even competent professionals who couldn t keep pace with changing times. This is applicable to all working professionals and in turn organizations. The exponential degree of change requires working professionals to stay abreast with the latest skills to perform better than yesterday as businesses embark a technology-backed modernization journey. To maintain market leadership, businesses seek professionals with subject expertise and motivated to invest improving their skills, achieve higher efficiency levels and effectiveness.
