Abstract: In this thesis a new notion on study of arcs and paths in Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graphs is obtained newlineand arc analysis is carried out on a two dimensional approach for degrees of membership (and#61549;) and nonmembership newline(and#61550;) individually. The definitions of Sturdy arc, Feeble arc, and#61540;* weak arc, Firm path, Infirm newlinepath, Strong path, Intuitionistic Fuzzy bridges and Intuitionistic Fuzzy cutnodes are introduced and newlinetheir properties are studied. As an application of Intuitionistic Fuzzy arcs and paths, academic newlineperformance of the students is studied. newlineThe definition of operations and#61640;, + and Cartesian product have been modified for Intuitionistic newlineFuzzy Graphs with one or more common vertices and their complement graphs are studied. The newlineoperations and#61640; and + are found to be complementary to each other and are substantiated with newlinerelevant examples. Application of Complement of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graphs in knowledge newlinemanagement system has been analyzed. newlineMild Balanced Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graphs is introduced as an extension of Balanced newlineIntuitionistic Fuzzy Graphs. The concept of intense subgraph, feeble subgraph and equally balanced newlineintuitionistic fuzzy graphs are introduced and their properties are studied. As an application of Mild newlineBalanced Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graph effective knowledge management in higher education domain is newlinepresented. The definitions of Extended Edge Degree, Extended Vertex Regular Intuitionistic Fuzzy newlineGraph, Extended Edge Regular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graph and Extended Regular Intuitionistic Fuzzy newlineGraph are introduced and their properties are studied. The necessary condition for an Intuitionistic newlineFuzzy Graph to be an Extended Edge Regular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graph is also analyzed.
