The main challenge faced by the organization is how to take advantage of new research, market and technology while dealing with intense and growing global competition. For survival and sailing through today, one has to be ahead of the competitive benchmark obtaining in the world. The wind of economic slowdown has created a rather complex business environment and has posed a stimulating challenges as well as cut-throat competition. newlineThe acute managerial issues in this emerging set-up are free, flow of knowledge and information, organisational and high-tech development, transparent, openness and boundary less organisation that eventually culminates into tailor-made human resource development for achieving the desired objective and productivity. newlineIn recent years, Human resource has become more significant and entitled as human capital. Organizations are constantly working for engaging, retaining, and attracting this talent. newlineIt is now realised that the performance of employees influence the organisation s continued existence and success in this global market. newlineThe success of any organisation depends not only on the resources at its disposal, but how they are utilised. As human resources has to be managed and controlled effectively so that they can give optimum best results; newlineIt is accepted that employees need to consider first priority as they are the back bone of any organization. And motivation, engaging employees is the part of Job satisfaction. newlineEmployee job satisfaction is one of the most important aspects and can only be learned by position for work, good working condition, healthy communication, employee centric HR practices.
