Abstract: Chapter 1 presents a brief introduction of graphs associated with Commutative rings, semigroups and modules. newlineChapter 2 studies zero-divisor graphs associated with Commutative rings, an ideal- based zero-divisor graph of a commutative ring and a graph determined by the equivalence classes of zero-divisors. newlineIn chapter 3, we introduce and investigate the locating sets and numbers of graphs associated with commutative rings. newlineIn chapter 4, we continue the investigation that we started in chapter 3 to obtain the bounds for the locating number of zero-divisor graphs associated with commutative rings. newlineIn Chapter 5, we extend the notion of zero-divisor graphs associated with commutative rings to the annihilating graphs associated with modules over commutative rings. newline
