Abstract: The prevalence of obesity is rising globally and in India Overweight obesity and related diseases need to be delineated in Asian Indian women Women have higher prevalence of overweight and obesity as compared with newlinemen in India and that obesity are increasing in the youth Among the several strategies for obesity treatment diet and exercise are considered useful for losing weight in moderately obese adults The aim and objective Selected high fiber mix obese subjects to control their metabolic disorder without any side effect The result For suitable and convenient weight reduction is inclusion of low cost locally available indigenous high fiber foods like wheat bran and oat bran in the regular diet with the combination of lifestyle modification such as yoga and exercise theraphy recorded the best result especially in lowering the newlinebody weight maintaining the blood glucose and controlling the hyperlipidemia Thus to conclude dietary intervention with high fiber breakfast mix for a period of 120 days was very effective in maintaining the fasting and post prandial blood glucose levels and also lipid profile among the obese newlinediabetics
