Abstract: This research is based primarily on experimental work on three newlinephase squirrel cage induction motors The objective of this research is to newlineachieve the operational efficiency level achieved by the original design or if newlinepossible a higher than the designefficiency level in the motors through two newlineproposed approaches newlinei Quality Assurance Approach It is to assure the quality of newlinestators of custom designed motors in the manufacturing line newlineand thereby ensuring that the stator winding adheres to its newlinedesign specification even before assembly of the motor and newlineii Analysis Approach It is to check Rewound three phase newlinesquirrel cage induction motors operational in the industrial newlineand agricultural sectors of developing countries by nondestructive newlinemeans The objective of this approach is to check newlinewhether the stator winding adheres to the winding data newlinesupplied by its manufacturer to service providers for the motor newlineof that particular design and rating newline newline
