dc.description.abstractThe goal of this research work is to develop and improve the protocols for solving issues in the node replication attack in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) in both static and mobile. The recent digital trends of automation over the internet are the Internet of Things (IoT) where WSN is simply an interface between the physical and digital world, its applciations spread over healthcare domain, militry, remote sensing, environmental and etc. The Internet of Things refers to a new kind of world where almost all the devices and appliances that we use are connected to a network where WSN act as eyes and ears of IoT. We can use them collaboratively to accomplish complex tasks that involve a high level of intelligence. The node replication attack has impact on IoT because WSN act as an interface with physical world. Since the replication attack is the main door for many other attacks in the WSN. Hence the need to provide ample security to the WSN infrastructure for the future internet and its infrastructure becomes more important. The WSN are highly under risk to disruption from attack or information theft based on the services and large-scale applications. newline
