Smart business and organizations have redefined their process and way of working with an aim to master their trade. Outsourcing has become the basic fundamental of how an business works now. BPO has become the obvious strategic choice of the companies looking at the visible profits of cost reduction while improving the quality of service, increasing shareholder value etc. (Shah and Sharma 2006).
