Based on the findings in the newlineexploratory study, researcher proposed a conceptual model. Further, to measure the newlineimpact of proposed variables in the study, the researcher collected data through a newlinestructured questionnaire and the all the scales are derived through the past literature.. After collecting the data, the researcher performed various tests to know the data fitness and newlineinferential evidence. Initially, KMO and Bartlett s test and the inter-item correlation, reliability and validity tests to check the data fitness. Further, the researcher conducted the exploratory factor analysis for addressing the factor loadings, then conducted the various tests such as linearity, normality, muliticollinearity and homoscedasticity to check the regression assumptions. newlineOnce the data has been met the regression assumptions, the researcher conducted newlinethe mediation analysis between the employee perceptions, employee satisfaction and OCTAPACE culture components iteratively. newline newline newline newline newline |
