Abstract: A research investigation entitled Effect of integrated nutrient newlinemanagement on the performance of Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) newlinecrop under different soil moisture regimes was under taken to newlineachieve following objectives: newline(a) To identity the optimum soil moisture regime/statues for getting newlinebetter production of rainfed barley in relation to INM treatment. newline(b) To study the effect of INM treatments and moisture regimes on newlinenutrient contents and their utilization by barley crop. newline(c) To find out the water use efficiency of rainfed barley crop in newlinerelation to integrated nutrient management treatments and newlinevarying moisture regimes. newlineFor achieving the objectives of the proposed investigation, field newlineexperiments were concluded during the Rabi seasons of 2009-10 and 2010- newline11 at agricultural research farm of R.B.S. College, Bichpuri, Agra. The filed newlineexperiments were carried out with eight treatments of organic sources and newlineinorganic fertilizer as T0 (N0PoKo) Control, Tj (100% NPK recommended), T2 newline(75% NPK recommended), T3 (50% NPK recommended), T4 (50% NPK + newlineZnS04 at 20 Kg ha-1), T5 (50% NPK + FYM at 5 t ha-1 + ZnS04 at 20 Kg newlineha-1), T6 (75% NPK + ZnS04 at 25 Kg ha-1), T7 (75% NPK + FYM at 5 t ha-1 newline+ ZnS04 at 20 Kg ha-1). The treatments were replicated three times newlinefollowing split plot design the main results of this investigation are newlinesummarized below: newline newline
