Abstract: newline This study is moving around the role of e-HRM in contemporary scenario. In the era of newlinecut throat competition, plenty of new tools are implementing by the organizations to newlineexplore the emerging opportunities of the corporate world. Indian Industries are newlineimplementing new technology to overcome with the flaws reporting intentionally. In the newlinefield of human resource information technology is an important aspect in either ways, newlinevarious aspects have been added in recent past and interruption of new technology is the newlinedemand of the time. Implementation of e-HRM tools and other variables like attitude and newlinesatisfaction is the key element of this research. newlineA Likert based questionnaire containing relevant questions related to e-HRM and its newlineimpact on the corporate world had implemented for the further study in which with the newlinehelp of 300 samples, a quantitative approach used for the study. The sample newlinedemographics were obtained using analysis of the frequencies of respondents from the newlinedepartment of human resources with their executives. This study was to contribute by newlinehighlighting the complicated nature of HR service delivery and the effect that it has on eHRM adoption. This will allow HR better understand their own development and newlinepossibly avoid similar problems or at least have a better understanding of how to handle newlinethe issue that arises. This study is used with the descriptive research design. Data is newlinenormally distributed and collection of the data recorded is in tuned with the requirement newlineof the nature of the problem. Statistical package SPSS are used for the data analysis. newlineResearch data has been analyzed with the help of t-test in logical manner. Wherever newlineapplicable have been applied to draw logical conclusions from the data. The broad newlineframework of the research design incorporates aspects pertaining to the possible drivers newlinefor introducing e-technology to the HR systems; the barriers to progress of this journey newlineare to usage of e-technology for the various HR functions and usage of HR Services. newlineThe main outcome of this tool is enhancing the transparency in the operation of the newlineorganization. Since transparency and trust among the employee of any organization are newlinethe pillars of any system. Moreover focus on the delivery tools like ESS and MSS, nature newlineof sourcing solutions adopted by companies for enabling e-technology to HR systems, newlineperception of respondents on a five-point scale regarding their company s position duringvii newlinethe implementation journey of this technology, expectation of respondents related to this newlinehi-tech system being successful in satisfying employees in their HR needs. newlineThe main finding of the study was that users of this tool had significantly more positive newlineattitudes towards e-HRM tools. Transparency in the organization play vital role to make newlinecohesiveness among the people. Its implementation helps the environment to make an newlineeco-friendly paperless work in the organization. By examining the data, it became evident newlinethat most of technology tools are in high use in Knight Frank branches. Research newlinestatistics shows that performance of organization increase after implementation of newlineelectronic human resource management and required regular e-training or e-program for newlinethe betterment of the services
