Abstract: we are proposing is a mathematical model that lends itself for valuation of human resources and is an improvement of all other models currently available. We have elaborated its course of implementation, ranking of employees with utmost transparency and incentivizing the most valued human resources asset of a company. This would enable an organization to tailor compensation and incentive policies dynamically tuned to performances and inform the stakeholders on the wealth of human capital the company owns. newline
