Abstract: Superplastic forming is an important technique that can find newlineapplications in areas such as automobile industry aerospace marine and newlinewind turbine blades that have prismatic profile with complex dimensions newlinewhich can be achieved through a single forming operation In such situations newlineprior knowledge and relevant information on multistages two three stages newlinewith multi dimensional Superplastic Forming SPF operations will be highly newlinerelevant and useful The foremost factors like uniform thickness distribution newlineprevention of excessive thinning fracture and wrinkles play important and newlinecrucial roles in superplastic forming process used in the making of multi newlinedimensional components Further the influencing factors such as forming newlinepressure forming temperature strain rate strain rate sensitivity index newlinecoefficient of friction and design profile are essential in predicting and newlineoptimizing the blow forming process newline newline
